This project focused on analyzing and re-engineering the business processes of the Servicemen's Insurance Fund to boost operational efficiency and reduce risks. The primary goal was to streamline and simplify existing workflows, resulting in shorter processing times and improved service delivery for beneficiaries.

 

The initiative included a comprehensive review of the current procedures to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
