Description

 

Office Manager will be responsible for management of the Company office, including but not limited to office supply of goods and services necessary for smooth implementation of company operations, ensuring working order of office equipment, timely payment of office costs (gas, electricity, water, communication and etc.), keeping working procedures in respect office management and use of general spaces.

 

Responsibilities

  • Timely procurement of office supplies and services to ensure smooth operation of Company office,
  • Keeping office equipment in order to ensure smooth operation of the Company office (IT equipment and all other equipment),
  • Responsible for payment of Company utility bills,
  • Responsible for coordination and supervision of office space cleaning,
  • Responsible for keeping office use rules and procedures,
  • Responsible for organization of document delivery to Company partner organisations,
  • Perform other task assigned by Company Management.

 

Requirements

  • Higher education in related field (Bachelor degree),
  • At least 3 years of working experience in similar positions,
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian, knowledge of English and Russian languages is an asset;
  • Perfect organizational skills,
  • Communication and representation skills,
  • Negotiation skills.

Human Resource Manager will be responsible for development and implementation of Company HRM strategy, overall human resource management of Company staff, development of required documents, procedures, processes related with HRM. Human Resource Manager will be responsible for ensuring healthy environment of staff, keeping working discipline, fostering team spirit.

 

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of human resource strategy,
  • Perform administration related with human resource management, including, but not limited to vacations, day-offs, resignations, etc.,
  • Recruitment of new team members,
  • Organization and implementation of performance appraisal,
  • Development and implementation of HR policies, regulations, processes, as required,
  • Ensure healthy environment within the Company,

Requirements

  • Higher education in related field (Master’s degree)
  • At least 5 years of working experience; 2 of which in the position of Human Resource Manager

Avenue Consulting Group is looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to manage Accounting team of outsourcing company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Compute taxes owed and check or prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations of client companies
  • Report to Partner regarding the finances
  • Consult the clients regarding to tax issues, creation of accounting systems
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Manage and conduct the development, implementation, modification of the recordkeeping and accounting systems
  • Represent clients before taxing authorities and provide support during tax audits
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Partner

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and finance
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting software (1C, Armenian Software)
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Practical knowledge of RA Tax and Labor legislation
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Armenian Accounting Standards/ IFRS
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Armenian language; Knowledge of Russian and English is an asset
