We carried out an analysis of Armenia's trade patterns in agricultural goods and processed food products. The goal was to identify the key products that Armenia exports and imports, focusing on its various trade partners. From this analysis, we defined ideal buyer and seller profiles based on the types of goods and trade capacities, enabling a better match between exporters and importers involved in the project.

Additionally, we designed targeted questionnaires to collect crucial information from companies, including details about their products, production capacities, international trade experience, and areas where they needed assistance. This approach aimed to provide a clearer understanding of the market dynamics and help align trade opportunities effectively.
