Supply and Installation of Video Module for E-Consulate System and Integration with E-Notary System

The objective of this project was to develop and integrate a new video communication functionality within the existing electronic consular system of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This new feature enables citizens registered in the system to use video communication for identity verification, allowing them to submit electronic applications for a range of services, including:

Issuance of RA return certificates.
Issuance or replacement of ordinary (non-biometric) RA passports.
Extension of validity for ordinary (non-biometric) RA passports in foreign countries.

The project was carried out in three main phases:

Phase 1 – System Technical Documents Development: Prepared comprehensive technical documentation to guide the system’s integration and functionality requirements.

Phase 2 – System Development, Deployment, and Customization: Developed and customized the video module, deploying it within the e-consulate system to ensure seamless operation.

Phase 3 – System Roll Out, Technology Transfer, and Training: Rolled out the system for use, conducted technology transfer, and provided training to ensure that personnel could effectively use the new video communication functionalities.
