To streamline access to critical data, we proposed the creation of a centralized platform featuring an interactive statistical dashboard. This platform aimed to consolidate data from various public administration and judicial bodies into a unified database, making it easier for government agencies and top-level administrators to develop policies, make informed decisions, monitor progress, and forecast trends effectively.

The project involved analyzing existing databases to ensure data accuracy and relevance, then integrating this information into a single, accessible platform. The interactive dashboard provided decision-makers with powerful tools to analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor progress across different sectors. Additionally, the platform enabled the generation and sharing of statistical reports in various formats, ensuring that information could be tailored for both internal use and public transparency. This flexibility allowed for easy customization of reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of stakeholders. Acting as a comprehensive tool for assessing development KPIs, the dashboard aimed to improve the efficiency of data-driven decisions, supporting Armenia’s goals for effective governance and strategic planning.
