As part of this project, Avenue Consulting Group experts worked closely with Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU) to craft a comprehensive Strategic Development Plan for 2017-2022. Our team formulated the university's Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals, which served as the foundation for YSMU's future direction. To ensure the strategy was well-informed, we conducted an in-depth international and regional market survey, identifying trends and opportunities in the field of medical education. The insights from this research were integrated into a detailed marketing plan designed to guide the university's efforts in attracting students, forging partnerships, and enhancing its global reputation over the next five years.

Building on this foundation, we developed a comprehensive Development Strategy, complete with a financial model that outlined the resource requirements and potential revenue streams for the upcoming five years. This strategy served as a practical roadmap for YSMU's growth, focusing on both academic and operational excellence. Key priority areas for transforming the university’s operational management were identified, including improvements in management systems and enhancements to human resource management. The plan aimed to modernize YSMU’s administrative processes, boost staff capabilities, and ensure that the university was equipped to meet the evolving needs of students and faculty alike.
