Since July 2025, Avenue Consulting Group, in joint venture with Agriconsulting Europa, has been implementing the feasibility study of two agricultural logistics hubs in Shirak and Tavush marzes under the Asian Development Bank–financed Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project (CAFSEP). The project, scheduled to run until the end of 2026, supports Armenia’s agricultural development strategy and aims to strengthen food security and climate resilience by creating modern market infrastructure.
The assignment covers the review of production and market capacities, identification of optimal hub locations, preparation of preliminary designs and cost estimates, and development of financing and management models. It also includes comprehensive financial and economic analyses, along with environmental and social assessments, to ensure that the logistics hubs are both viable and sustainable.
By applying international best practices and tailoring them to local conditions, ACG contributes to the establishment of climate-resilient logistics hubs that will improve value chain linkages, enhance farmers’ access to markets, and increase the competitiveness of Armenia’s agri-food sector.
