This project was developed for a leading construction company in Armenia, aiming to significantly increase its production efficiency. The focus was on refining the company’s management system, creating a long-term strategic development plan, and addressing challenges within the marketing strategy. Avenue Consulting Group provided tailored consultancy services to identify areas for improvement and guide the company toward more streamlined operations. The goal was to align the company's resources and strategies with its growth objectives, enabling it to remain competitive in the construction sector.

 

To achieve these outcomes, our team conducted a thorough diagnostic analysis of the company, which involved a deep dive into its existing development strategy, management practices, organizational structure, and HR management. This process included an assessment of both formal and informal business processes, collected through interviews with key stakeholders. We applied various analytical tools, including SWOT analysis and the creation of a problem matrix, to map out strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth. The findings were then compiled into a structured reporting model that provided actionable insights and a clear roadmap for implementing the recommended changes. This approach ensured that the client had a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities ahead, paving the way for improved efficiency and strategic direction.
