The main objective of this project was to secure funding for the expansion of the client’s pharmaceutical production operations. Our team was given the mandate to lead negotiations on behalf of the client, aiming to attract investment from international financing institutions and overseas commercial banks. This strategic approach focused on identifying and engaging with potential funding sources that could support the client's growth objectives in the highly competitive pharmaceutical industry.

To achieve this, we developed a detailed strategic business plan that outlined the client’s production capabilities, market potential, and growth strategies. Alongside this, we created a concise presentation highlighting key investment opportunities, financial projections, and the benefits of partnering with the client. Our team then engaged in a series of negotiations with various financing institutions, presenting the investment case and exploring terms that would be advantageous for the client. This collaborative approach aimed to secure the necessary capital to support the client's expansion plans and increase their competitive edge in the market.
