Evaluation of Fruit, Milk, and Rural Tourism Value Chains in 9 Targeted Clusters of Vayots Dzor and Lori Marzes

This project involved a comprehensive evaluation of the fruit, milk, and rural tourism value chains across nine targeted clusters in the Vayots Dzor and Lori regions. The team was contracted to map out these value chains, focusing on key aspects such as infrastructure, competitive dynamics, value creation and distribution processes, and employment opportunities. Additionally, the project aimed to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the efficiency of these value chains.

 

As part of the analysis, the team identified the value chains with the highest potential for economic impact, offering strategic insights to help maximize their contribution to local development. This evaluation provided a clear picture of opportunities for growth and areas for improvement, supporting the sustainable economic development of the targeted regions.
