Avenue Consulting Group provided targeted training and strategic support to producer groups in Gegharkunik, Aragatsotn, Kotayk, and Vayots Dzor Marzes as part of the European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD). The project’s technical assistance component aimed to strengthen the capacity of these producer groups and support the development of agricultural value chains. Our team delivered training sessions focused on building essential business skills, enabling the groups to better manage their operations and improve their market positioning. Additionally, we developed tailored business plans for selected producer groups, helping them create a sustainable roadmap for growth and integration into value chains.

The project resulted in the establishment and strengthening of primary producer groups within the targeted value chains and regions. This included the formation of new, sustainable groups and providing support to existing ones, ensuring their growth at various development stages. Through our efforts, producer groups gained the skills and infrastructure needed to add value to their primary agricultural products, such as processing and packaging improvements. By identifying key intervention points within the value chains, the project enhanced access to better quality and affordable food for Armenian consumers, while simultaneously benefiting stakeholders at all levels of the value chain. This holistic approach contributed to stronger, more resilient agricultural communities and improved market dynamics in the region.
