In 2024, we were commissioned to develop a comprehensive financial model and investment plan for a new entertainment center planned in Krasnodar, Russia. The aim of the project was to support the client's strategic investment decision by providing a robust and transparent financial framework.

The model projected the center's financial performance over a 5–7 year period and included detailed revenue forecasts, cost breakdowns, profitability analysis, cash flow projections, breakeven assessments and ration analysis . It also incorporated scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial resilience under various market conditions.

The final deliverables included a dynamic Excel-based financial model and an explanatory Word document describing the assumptions, methodology, and functionality of the model. The work was carried out in alignment with the standards of international financial institutions, ensuring the model’s usability for investor presentations and strategic planning.
