Elaboration of Concept and Financial Modeling for Establishment of Mini-Poultries

This project involved the development of a detailed concept and financial model for establishing mini-poultries in Armenia, designed to be operated by individual farmers. The plan focused on creating a network of small-scale poultry farms using cost-effective light-frame metal constructions, which would significantly lower the capital investment required for each unit. This approach aimed to make it more accessible for individual farmers to establish and run their own operations, fostering greater participation in the poultry industry.

Under the project model, the owner would provide the farmers with essential resources, including chickens, vaccines, feed, and technology, ensuring consistent standards across all mini-poultries. The project owner would then purchase all poultry products from the farmers, ensuring a stable market for their production. This model not only supported the farmers but also established a robust value chain, streamlining the process from production to market. It aimed to boost local agricultural productivity while promoting economic stability for small-scale farmers through a sustainable, integrated approach.
