This project involved the development of a comprehensive business plan for the establishment of a fruits and berries processing mini-plant. The plan was designed with a five-year perspective, providing a strategic roadmap for the client to enter and succeed in both local and international markets for processed fruits and berries.

The business plan included a detailed market analysis of the dried fruits and berries sector, examining both local demand and export opportunities. It also featured in-depth competitor studies to identify market positioning and potential advantages. A SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats associated with the new venture. Additionally, the team developed a financial model that accounted for the seasonality of fruit and berry production, ensuring accurate projections of cash flow and profitability. Alongside this, an operational and marketing plan was created to guide production processes and market entry strategies.
