ACG team developed a comprehensive long-term business plan for the establishment and growth of an orchard and nursery center in Armenia. The project outlined a development strategy spanning from 2014 to 2028, covering over 300 hectares of orchards across various regions of Armenia. The financial modeling included in the plan provided a detailed roadmap for the investment, operations, and expected returns over the project’s 14-year horizon.

The project aimed to establish state-of-the-art orchards featuring a variety of crops, including walnuts, peaches, nectarines, sweet and sour cherries, and plums. Additionally, it included plans for the development of a modern nursery center equipped with a cutting-edge laboratory, enabling the production of high-quality seedlings and rootstock. This nursery would cater to both local and international markets, positioning the client as a key player in the region’s agricultural sector. The project’s strategic approach aimed to ensure sustainable growth and profitability while contributing to the development of Armenia's horticultural industry.
