This project aimed to develop an electronic course designed specifically for public servants in Armenia, focusing on enhancing their knowledge and practices related to personal data protection. As part of the broader effort to re-engineer public services under the Eastern Partnership framework, this initiative sought to ensure that Armenia's public sector complies with modern data protection standards and regulations. The course was tailored to meet the needs of Armenian public servants, providing practical guidance on safeguarding personal data in their daily work.
Key deliverables included a comprehensive electronic course, a detailed methodology, and a work plan, all available in both Armenian and English. To ensure the course's accessibility to an international audience, separate English translations of all course materials were provided. This project marks a critical step in strengthening data protection practices in Armenia’s public sector, supporting the Eastern Partnership's overarching goal of modernizing and improving the quality of public service delivery across the region.
