In 2015, our team was contracted to develop a detailed business plan for the expansion of an existing dried fruit and vegetable production company. The project, co-financed by the EBRD BAS program in Armenia, aimed to provide a strategic roadmap for growth over a five-year period. This plan included a thorough analysis of both local and international markets for dried fruits and vegetables, as well as competitor studies and an evaluation of the company's current production capacities. A comprehensive SWOT analysis was also conducted to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the business.
Our team developed a tailored financial model for the company, carefully considering the seasonality of fruit and vegetable production to ensure accurate forecasting. Additionally, we designed a strategic operational plan and a targeted marketing plan to support the company's growth ambitions. The business plan also included a detailed assessment of the efficiency of planned capital investments, ensuring that the client had a clear understanding of the potential returns and risks. This comprehensive approach provided a solid foundation for the company's expansion, positioning it for success in both local and international markets.
