In 2014, our team was engaged to create a detailed business plan for the development of a restaurant chain in Yerevan. The primary goal of this project was to craft a strategic development plan that would attract potential investors, financial institutions, and shareholders. This involved laying out a clear framework for the chain’s expansion, identifying opportunities for securing financial investments, and recommending potential funding sources. Additionally, the project included suggestions for improving the chain's management structure and organizational systems, as well as developing precise financial projections to demonstrate the business's potential profitability.

As part of this assignment, we conducted thorough market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, and we designed a robust financial model to support the strategic plan. The resulting comprehensive business plan served as a critical tool for the client, ultimately leading to the successful acquisition of a loan to open a new restaurant location. This plan not only facilitated immediate expansion but also laid the foundation for the long-term growth and sustainability of the restaurant chain.
