Design of Business Processes and Support in Sales Automation

The project aimed to enhance the client company’s sales processes by analyzing both formal and informal business operations to reduce or prevent potential losses within the sales chain. This involved a comprehensive review and adjustment of the company’s business processes, focusing on clarifying and streamlining operations and implementing effective reporting mechanisms. The goal was to create a more efficient, transparent, and accountable sales process that could better respond to risks and opportunities.

 

To achieve these objectives, our team conducted a detailed assessment of the company’s business processes, including a risk evaluation and the development of a risk matrix to identify potential vulnerabilities. Interviews with key personnel provided deeper insights into existing practices, which helped in designing clear business process charts and detailed textual descriptions. We also developed a manual tailored to the client's needs, guiding them through the new processes. Additionally, the project included designing and implementing an internal financial reporting model and training staff to ensure they could effectively adopt and utilize these new tools. This holistic approach ensured that the client had a well-documented, efficient process structure, supporting smoother sales operations and improved financial oversight.
