In 2014, our team developed a detailed business plan and financial model for establishing a production facility for metal and metal-plastic Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinders in Armenia. The project aimed to position the client as a leader in the Armenian, Russian, and Georgian markets, supplying CNG cylinders for use as engine fuel in automobile transport.

The business plan included financial projections with monthly and annual forecasts, as well as a thorough analysis of the investment performance. Key activities included assessing the client’s potential, conducting market research on local and international markets, developing marketing strategies, and analyzing the production plan. Additionally, the project involved evaluating necessary resources, assessing production competitiveness, determining investment needs, studying financial requirements, and conducting financial forecasting with a risk assessment.
