In this project, Avenue Consulting Group developed a detailed business plan and financial model for the creation of an educational center focused on applied disciplines in Yerevan. The vision for this center was not only to offer cutting-edge educational opportunities but also to serve as a hub for fostering creativity and innovation among young people. Recognizing the initiative’s strong social and charitable elements, the plan aimed to create a space where students could access practical skills and training in various applied fields, positioning them for success in the evolving job market. The financial model projected sustainable growth for the center, ensuring it could balance its social mission with financial stability.

To ensure the center’s success, our team also conducted an in-depth legal review, exploring the best legal frameworks for such a socially driven educational venture. We analyzed the benefits and drawbacks of different structures, such as foundations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), each with unique advantages for a project with a strong community focus. Based on this analysis, we provided tailored recommendations for the optimal legal setup that would support both the educational goals and the charitable mission of the center.
