In 2014, Avenue Consulting Group developed a business plan for a client specializing in the greenhouse vegetable production sector. The project aimed to establish a new greenhouse farm, and Avenue Consulting Group provided a comprehensive plan that included financial projections, evaluation of the plan's effectiveness, and a structured business model. This was all based on in-depth market research and an analysis of the specific needs and opportunities within this industry.

The proposed greenhouse was designed to include an automated management system and advanced Dutch Greenhouse technologies, ensuring high productivity and efficiency. This approach positioned the business for a competitive edge and sustainable growth in the agricultural market.

The project was expected to create 49 direct jobs and 250 additional jobs indirectly. Looking to the future, the long-term plan included expanding the greenhouse's area and diversifying the product range by cultivating flowers and additional vegetables aimed at export markets.
