This project focused on analyzing and re-engineering up to 16 key administrative services provided by municipalities, with the aim of transforming how local services are delivered. The ultimate goal was to enhance efficiency, improve service quality, and ensure better access for citizens, especially at the local level. By streamlining and simplifying service processes, the initiative sought to cut down the time required to access services, reduce the number of documents needed, and lower the overall costs associated with service delivery.
The process began with a thorough analysis of the selected administrative services, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. The findings were compiled into a detailed assessment report, providing a clear understanding of existing challenges and opportunities for optimization. Based on this analysis, new service models and standards were proposed, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions. The recommendations aimed to create a more user-friendly experience for citizens, making municipal services more responsive, faster, and cost-effective. By focusing on practical improvements, the project contributed to building a more efficient and citizen-centric approach to public service delivery at the local level.
