The EITI Secretariat of Armenia, with support from GIZ, organized a three-day training in Dilijan on “Fiscal Regime of Armenia’s Mining Sector and Financial Flow Transparency”. The training, led by experts from Avenue Consulting Group and ZET Consulting, focused on implementing EITI Global Standards, understanding fiscal policies, and improving transparency in Armenia’s mining sector. Participants from various government bodies found the training effective for advancing financial flow transparency and expressed hope for similar regular sessions in the future.
