Programs aimed at promoting women's creative entrepreneurship will be launched in the Shirak, Kotayk, and Tavush regions

Avenue Consulting Group, in collaboration with Impact Hub Yerevan, is actively supporting the development of creative labs in Shirak, Kotayk, and Tavush regions as part of the Labs for Change – Women Empowerment for Social Innovation and Creativity Development program. This initiative, commissioned by Impact Hub Yerevan, aims to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems and enhance women's empowerment across Armenia’s regions.

The program is designed to establish creative centers where women and youth will have access to professional training and entrepreneurial skills development. These centers will empower participants to create marketable products, helping them gain access to new markets and secure sustainable employment. In the long run, this initiative will reduce vulnerability, increase economic resilience, and promote inclusive growth in Armenia's regional communities.

Each creative lab will operate under a unified brand but will also produce unique, region-specific products. One of the key goals at the regional level is to identify and address barriers to women's economic participation. The program will contribute to job creation and poverty reduction by tackling obstacles that hinder women’s involvement in business and entrepreneurship.

"We are delighted to be part of this project. On the one hand, it promotes the growth of women entrepreneurs in Armenia’s regions, and on the other, it creates an environment where individuals can unlock their potential and collaborate effectively. This is another step toward inclusive economic growth and building a strong, sustainable country," said Karen Martirosyan, shareholder of Avenue Consulting Group.

As part of this initiative, Avenue Consulting Group will conduct the necessary feasibility studies to evaluate the potential for business environment development. The firm will play a key role in creating an effective business model for sustainable growth, with a particular focus on brand development and creative entrepreneurship.

The Labs for Change program is funded by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland with the generous support of the British people. It is implemented by Impact Hub Yerevan, the Fashion and Design Chamber of Armenia, and the Made-Well-E Craft Platform.
