Avenue Consulting Group recently participated in the first of eight public-private dialogue (PPD) meetings organized by the Business Support Center (BSC) and the Center for International Private Enterprises (CIPE) as part of the “Shaping the Digital Economy Agenda in Armenia” project. The event focused on “Business Digitalization and Current Opportunities,” addressing the collaboration between the public and private sectors in driving Armenia’s digital transformation.

 

Key discussion points included the public sector's role in providing accessible digital services, the importance of cybersecurity in business digitalization, and how SMEs can leverage digital tools to enter global markets.

 

The panel featured experts from both sectors, including Karen Martirosyan, Partner at Avenue Consulting Group, who emphasized the need for businesses to embrace digitalization and overcome challenges like resistance to change and data security concerns.

This initiative is a crucial step toward shaping a comprehensive digital strategy for Armenia's economy.
