Identification of potential beneficiaries in Armenia

We carried out a study of Armenia’s existing trade flows across agricultural goods and processed food categories. The objective was to determine the core products that Armenia exports and imports the most with respect to various trade partners.  Based on the findings, we defined ideal buyer and seller profiles in terms of the goods and capacities they traded in. This would allow us to accurately match exporters and importers participating in the project.  
Additionally, we were tasked with designing targeted questionnaires to gather key information from companies about their products, capacities, previous international trade experience, and areas where they needed support.
