Strengthening Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries

Main objective of the assignment is to conduct a needs assessment of selected NGOs and non-formal groups in Armenia and develop a capacity building plan. The objective is to assess the needs of selected NGOs and groups in Armenia, and develop a tailored capacity building plan to strengthen civil society organizations in the country. The consultant will conduct the assessment, propose recommendations, and develop the capacity-building plan through a collaborative process with GIZ and stakeholders.
