Preparation of functional and technical requirements for the development of an e-Auction platform for public property in Armenia

The objective of the assignment was to analyse the current legal and institutional framework of organizing public property actions and to prepare Technical and Functional Specifications for an e-Auction Platform for Public Property to be developed upon this basis. Through these efforts, the management of public property shall become efficient and transparent, with the major focus on improving access, transparency, accountability and efficiency of auctions of public property.

Main activities were:

• Analysis and draft specification package
• Integration of comments and development of final package
• Observations and recommendations on the amendment of the legal framework․
