Establishment of a Cooperation Platform between MTAI and MOF for the introduction of PB at the local level.
Review of existing PB methodology for local level aiming at harmonization with the state level PB methodology (including GRB elements).
Development of a draft package of legal amendments to allow transition to PB at local level.
