Within the framework of this assignment Avenue Consulting Group’s Legal Team was responsible for legal review of financing agreements and support during negotiations with a commercial bank. Our consultants conducted detailed legal review of financing documents, presented its comments to the Client and financing institution, actively participated in negotiations with financing institution.
