This particular assignment was concentrated on legal due diligence of conformity with conditions precedents and development of security documents. Legal due diligence and development of security documents was necessary for receipt of financing from International Company. The Consultant implemented the assignment in a very short time frame and the submitted documents to the Client.The Client received the requested financing.
