The IoT platform was first used in early 1980’s, with a modified Coke machine, that became the first internet-connected appliance. In recent years, the application of IoT recorded success in the mobile technology and infrastructure and become widely used in big companies and well known in the world.
Currently IoT sector is one of the most fast developing sector all over the world, Taking into account all its benefits there are several directions where IoT could be implemented in Armenia, including agriculture, waste management, public transport and road traffic.
