Fund Raising for 5 star Hotel Construction

The main objective of this assignment is fund raising for finalisation of 5 start hotel construction in Yerevan. The Consultant was provided with a mandate to implement negotiations on behalf of the Client. The Consultant targeted international financing institutions and overseas commercial banks as main source for attraction of financing. Within the framework of this project the Consultant implemented the following activities:  elaboration of business plan, elaboration of short presentation, negotiations with different financing institutions, etc. The Consultant reached principle agreement from overseas bank to finance the project, furthermore the project was approved by bank’s credit committee.
