Supply and Installation of Video Module for E-Consulate System and Integration to E-Notary System

The aim of this assignment is to develop and add a new functional for identification of persons by means of video communication within the frame of the acting electronic consular system of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which will let citizens registered with the system to submit electronic applications for the following services:

• Issuance of RA return certificate;
• Issuance (replacement) of ordinary (non-biometric) RA passports;
• Prolongation of validity period of ordinary (non-biometric) RA passports in foreign states.
