Strategic Development Plan 2017-2022 for Yerevan State Medical University

Within the framework of the assignment Avenue Consulting Group experts formulated the Mission, Vision, Values and Goals of the YSMU, highlighted the development directions based on an international and regional market survey. Main findings of the market survey were incorporated into a detailed marketing plan for the next five years. Detailed Development Strategy accompanied with financial model was elaborated, which will serve as the main roadmap for YSMU development for the upcoming 5 years. Priority areas of the operational management transformation including management systems and various aspects of human resource management were also defined.
