Elaboration of Business Plan on the Establishment of Fruits and Berries Processing Mini-plant

Within the framework of this project the Consultant was contracted for elaboration of comprehensive business plan for establishment of fruits and berries processing mini-plant.

The business plan was elaborated for 5 years perspective and included a thorough analysis of local and overseas dried fruit and berries markets, competitor studies, current production capacities and also SWOT analysis. Consultant, elaborated a financial model for the company taking into the account the seasonality of fruit and berries, designed the operational and marketing plan of the company and estimated the efficiency of planned capital investments.
