Development of Comprehensive Business Plan for Poultry

The Consultant was contracted to elaborate a comprehensive business plan for development of poultry farm in mid-term perspective. The business plan was used as a main document for attraction of financial resources for development of poultry, including but not limited to acquisition of new equipment, transport means. The main goal of the business plan is raising the effectiveness of production cycle. Results of foreseen investments should contribute to capturing of new market segments in Armenia and abroad.
