Design of Comprehensive Business Plan for Development Restaurants Chain

The Consultant was contracted in 2014 to elaborate a comprehensive business plan for development of a restaurant chain in Yerevan.

The main objective of the project was to present the strategic development plan of the restaurants chain to potential investors, financial organizations and shareholders. The consultant elaborated the framework for the expansion of the chain, enlisted the possibilities of attracting financial investments as well as proposed the potential sources, made recommendations on the improvement of the management and the organizational system of the chain and made financial projections.

Within the framework of this project the Consultant implemented full market research, designed the financial model of the business plan and elaborated the comprehensive business plan.

As a result of this assignment the Client received a loan to open a new restaurant.
