Design of Comprehensive Business Plan and Strategic Development Plan

Within the framework of this project the Consultant was contracted for elaboration of development strategy and comprehensive business plan. The Consultant elaborated on Development Strategy of the Client which includes strategic development directions for upcoming 5 years. The Strategy includes local and overseas market analysis, SWOT analysis, development strategic directions, strategy implementation action plan, etc.

Based on development directions of the Strategy the Consultant elaborated Comprehensive Business Plan for 5 year perspective. The Business Plan highlighted development of existing services of the company, as well as design and development of new services and new products.
