Feasibility study of development of an agro-consulting platform and respective business model

Our team has performed assessment of the feasibility of development of a consulting platform for farmers, within the framework of the “Livestock Development in the South of Armenia” program, initiated jointly by Strategic Development Agency NGO (SDA) and Armenian National University of Armenia (ANAU) and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
Based on various stages of research and analysis, study of international best practice in software solutions for farmers, we have submitted for the approval of the client the following deliverables:

• feasibility study,
• business model,
• roadmap and action plan,
• list of materials for the platform and resources needed to develop them.
