Impact assessment/implementation completion report preparation services

The Government of the Republic of Armenia has received a grant from the World Bank for the implementation of the “Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Development in Agriculture” (PHRD) program and it is planned to use a part of these funds to pay for the impact assessment/implementation completion report of the “Policy Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Development in Agriculture” program preparation consulting services.
The purpose of the consulting services was to prepare and submit to the Client the Final Grant Project Implementation Completion Report (ICR/IAA), which included both the results of the final Project Impact Assessment (to be carried out by the Consultant) and other evaluation and monitoring reports that have been carried out by the Project Implementation Team and other Consultants.
