Design of International Trade Logistics and Corporate Structure

Within the framework of this project the Consultant was contracted for elaboration of corporate structure and trade logistics system for establishment of new trading business abroad. The Consultant conducted comprehensive research on legal regulations, tax regimes, import-export regimes and other relevant regulations of selected countries and elaborated comparative analysis. Based on these analysis the Consultant elaborated most effective and financially efficient trade logistics and corporate structure.
