Elaboration of Business Plan for Establishment Orchard and Nursery Center Development in Armenia

Within the framework of the project the Consultant has elaborated long-term development project with financial modeling of orchard and nursery center development in Armenia. The project horizon includes development of more than 300 ha of orchards in different regions of Armenia starting from 2014 to 2028. As a result of the project implementation Client  will manage to establish state-of-the-art orchards of walnut, peach, nectarine, sweet and sour cherry as well as plum. It is also envisaged to establish nursery center with modern laboratory, which will allow producing seedlings and rootstock for local and foreign markets.
