#RDAC Community Awareness Meetings in Tavush Marz | CAFSEP Project

From June 9 to 11, 2025, information meetings were held in five communities of Tavush marz — Teghut, Deredavan, Haghtanak, Khashtarak, and Gandzakar — within the framework of Climate-Adaptive Food Security Enhancement Project (#CAFSEP).

The goal of the public consultations was to present upcoming phases and planned activities of the Project, as well as key environmental and social safeguard requirements to beneficiary communities.

The meetings were attended by the project implementation team, representatives from World Food Programme (WFP), and consultants from the implementing consortium, including Avenue Consulting Group LLC, 3R Strategy LLC, and CIVITTA. Representatives from Asian Development Bank (ADB) were also present.

Community members had the opportunity to raise their questions, from participation criteria to support formats and the project implementation timeline.
