Design of Comprehensive Business Plan for Dried Fruit and Dried Vegetables Production

Within the framework of this project the Consultant was contracted in 2015 for elaboration of a comprehensive business plan for expansion of the existing production of dried fruit and vegetables. The project was co-financed by EBRD BAS programme in Armenia.

The business plan was elaborated for a five year timeframe and included a thorough analysis of local and overseas dried fruit and vegetables markets, competitor studies, current production capacities and also SWOT analysis.

The consultant, elaborated a financial model for the company taking into the account the seasonality of fruit and vegetables, designed the operational and marketing plan of the company and estimated the efficiency of planned capital investments.
